Peach?
Fake, candy-ish like flavour. Steeping or not, this doesn't taste like the fruit at all. Have tried standalone and in a (simple) mix, same difference: This is not good.

Peach Heaven
Use this in a peach ice cream recipe. Very good.

tasty, but strong
Juicy peach (maybe a little candy-ish) and rounded out with a hint of cream. Very nice mouth-watering flavor--and I'm not even into fruity flavors). I would only suggest starting out low (like 2% low). And this will overpower other flavors quickly. Oh, and steeeeep this one. Has a pretty nasty flavor that develops the second day, but smooths right out by a week or two.
