Pretty spot on
This is more shell than filling, but it’s good to build on! I added some cream filling, a hint of mascarpone cream, powdered sugar with a trio of strawberries, and it was a very nice, well rounded strawberry cream filled cannoli!

This would be a good cannoli shell. At 6% it is super dry and just tastes like FA cookie. Even after a steep its still dry and just tastes like FA cookie.

Burlone joker is so far a fail
I really had high hopes for this one shot. So far I taste a chemical flavor. If for some reason (maybe magical) that it improves with a long steep-I'll come back to change this.

wow very good nice clean flavor taste the shell just mixed so steep will only make better its worth a try for sure if you like desert flavors its very good...
