New York Cheesecake Flavor-PUR

For a while now CAP NY Cheesecake has been part of the cheesecake trinity but PUR has unseated it imo. I've never really liked CAP NY Cheesecake, in the trinity it muddies up the whole thing and by itself it's just lacking too much. PUR NY Cheesecake is everything a NY Cheesecake should be. It's dense, rich, tangy, cheese and sweet. It works far better in the cheesecake trinity than CAP imo. It never muddies up recipes it just makes them better. It also works with creams to add density and ice creams/milkshakes when you need more body and also want a little tang. To me this is the best NY Cheesecake out there hands down! I absolutely this Cheesecake. It's up there with Yes We Cheesecake and if you like Cheesecake buy at least 30ml. I've been using this since the release on Nic River and I'm so happy Bull City is carrying it.

I have yet to find a cheesecake that has the perfect balance of the inner part and the crust. I use this flavor to add to the inner part of the cheesecake as a layer. (example: this + TFA cheesecake) Its similar to CAP new york cheesecake but better because it doesn't have the off note that I personally find in Cap's.
