There's good reason that the big name juice companies use this, Capella NY Cheesecake... It WORKS! It is just the best flavor to use if you are looking to create an authentic cheesecake recipe. I haven't actually tried any other straight up cheesecake yet, so I can't speak on them, but I Have to rate this based on how much I love it, so 5 stars it is. Bull City was super quick as usual
