Wow! This flavor smells amazing. Tastes amazing too. Definitely an accent flavor, but the flavor really comes through even at .75%. I made an ice cream using eyemakepizzas Trinity Vanilla, with this, some hazelnut, and biscuit and it turned out soooo good.
I would not use this as the main flavor in a mix but it brings a nice sweet depth to your mixes the same way adding molasses to food recipes does. It works well with a lot of nuts and caramel flavors.
This is a very good flavor. I haven't figured out a good recipe with this as the main flavor, but I've been using it instead of brown sugar in a lot of mixes. It gives the same basic effect, but has a darker flavor to it that I like.
