Marshmallow Flavor-TFA

A must must have, it taste exactly like marshmallow puff you can buy in the jar. 5% is perfect for that taste, anything lower and it's an accent and buffer to other flavors and any higher it's a little bit of a note itself with light fruits like when making an orange cream bar.

Smooth and fluffy for that mouth feeling. It does mute flavors so you might need to adjust for that.

What can I say? This is one of those 'staple flavors'. An absolute 'must have' for any mixer. I don't give it 5 stars because it has the best marshmallow flavor, I give it because it is easily in my top 10 most useful concentrates. It works great as an enhancer or sweetener or 'thickener' (or any combination therein) for creams, desserts and fruit flavor profiles. It also does have a very nice (if a bit sweet) marshmallow flavor and 'mouthfeel' if used for that purpose. I could not get by without this and FA's marshmallow - you'll use 1 or both in the majority of mixes. I typically use it at 1% or less - unless I'm making something 'marshmallowy' (e.g. Rice Krispy Treat or S'more).

I use this is almost all of my recipes. Started with a 30ml and that was gone very quick. Now I bought the 125ml bottle (4oz) and that should last me longer. This one is kind of a must have for new DIY mixers. At least if you prefer desserts.

I love this flavor! I put this in any and all creamy dessert recipes! It adds a little sweetness and mouth feel to fruit recipes as well!

It's not a very strong flavor but has good hints of flavor that after steeping pop out
