    Fluffy fun

I have 4 different Marshmallow flavors I use. Some toasted and others just plain marshmallow like this one. I have to admit I seem to reach for this flavor over the others when making my recipes because it fills you mouth and leaves a great taste in your mouth.

Hope the new is as good as the old

I use this in my fried ice cream recipe. I hope the new is as good, I got lucky on this order and got the old one. But I have faith in Capella

    Strong!

Posted by Unknown on 31st Aug 2017

So I found a recipe online that needed a small amount of marshmallow to be used as a sweetener. After following and measuring the percentages I found out afterward that this marshmallow was really strong in the mix. If you're using this as a sweetener I suggest putting alittle at a time as you steep. Otherwise this is an amazing flavor, smells just like marshmallows!

    Follow Up to Um Weird

Posted by Amber on 1st Jun 2017

I suppose I didn't give this flavor enough usage before judging it harshly, it smells like it contains slight amount of Furfural, which I don't care for too much. I have actually made some great recipes with this Marshmallow, and combined with FA Marshmallow, or TFA, it makes a really sticky, nice flavor. I take it back, it is not yucky, and after many recipes I have grown to enjoy this version immensely.

    Um, weird

Posted by Amber on 17th Sep 2016

Out of like 45 different concentrates I have ordered, this has been the only one I have found absolutely yucky. It took me some mixing to figure out this was the culprit. It smells of.... Kerosene, and tastes of alcohol. I have not used the original Cap marshmallow, but I have used FA and TPA. It is kind of like they mixed a bunch of chemicals together and said 'hey this mildly resembles marshmallow, lets market it as such'.

    Marshmallow rolled in sugar

Wonderful flavor of a creamy marshmallow rolled in sugar. Great for adding body and sweetness.
