Great Blending Flavor
Really helps smooth things out and give it a well rounded taste. Careful not to use too much though as it can overpower some of the weaker flavors. I like to use it around .5-1%.

Wonderful Additive
Need to bring out some sweetness to your recipe and not use sweetener? Grab some of this stuff to act as a replacement sweetener or add to some sweet bakery type recipes.

Great flavor
Nice and sweet

Great!
Like Micah, I use this in place of e.m. to add sweetness to some recipes. It also adds some body. Blends your fruits nicely. To add sweetness stick under 2%.

Great to use in place of sweetener
Love this marshmallow from FA! I use it instead of EM or sweetener and it's perfect. Used it in my ELEMENT Pink Lemonade clone to add thickness and sweetness and it turned out great http://tjek.nu/r/3tcy

Good Marshmallow
This one is marshmallow in a jar as opposed to a bag of marshmallows. True to name but in small doses, using too much can produce a thick bitter taste. 1-2% is plenty

Sweet and Thick
This is a great flavor to have in your arsenal. It provides a thick sweet texture to your mix (like that of a marshmallow surprisingly!). If you want to add some sweetness and give your juice a more full body, this is a good flavor to add. It's almost got a bit of a "nutty" flavor from the marshmallow so be wary of that if you just want sweet. I use this at low (.5-2)%

A good a reported
I ran across a "Promising" recipe that called for this flavor, so I decided to give it a try. The taste is quite flavorful even with the tiny amount that was required.
