Amazing.
I read that this flavor Might be rindy / bitter... but it’s NOT! It has a little rind to it, but that just compliments a GREAT, sweet Lime flavor. It’s definitely the most real, and the most delicious Lime I’ve ever tasted.

Sweet lime flavor
Very sweet, almost tastes like key lime. Using 1% in a lime cola recipe, along with FA Cola. Tastes very good without even steeping first.

Perfect lime flavor!
This lime is tangy, with that little bit of bitter that a real lime has. Used at 2% in my first recipe and I don't think I will need to go higher than that. It has the perfect punch right here.
