    Really good flavor

Posted by Ben on 14th Oct 2023

I used this flavoring for a low-calorie dessert shake that I like to make to satisfy my sweet tooth without the calories. These flavorings are a godsend for that. This flavor was really refreshing, I don't know how else to put it. The taste really was reminiscent of the product image on this site; would be super refreshing on a hot summer day for sure and when coupled wth my sweetening recipe it created such a wonderful drink that was quite decadent and yet only 75 calories. Will definitely be ordering this again!

    It's okay but...

In the first review there's mention of Dinner Lady Lemon Tart. This flavor is nothing like it IMO. It's a bakery flavor with just a hint of lemon.

Not a great one for me, non-descript bakery w./ hint o lemon

**Lemon Squares (WF) 3.5% (8-25-19)** -- Once you've tested a load of flavors from a manufacturer you run across a common flavor they re-use. This one had it (again), for the base or squares part of the mix. Not terrible, I've tasted it before, kind of a sweetish bakery element. Not a pastry, just a generic bakery-ish flavor. The lemon was present, but not very. We all know lemons fade, and also what it's like to have too MUCH lemon, which this def. does not. It comes across as a faintly lemonish bakery, but that's about it. I wasn't expecting FE or MF lemon, but more than what was present, and the deal breaker for me was the generic bakery element, which to me did not portray "squares". Leaving this @ **3/10**.

It's a creamy light lemon square

Posted by Paul Messamore on 21st Dec 2019

It has a very light creamy delightful taste I've only used it @3% but I'm told 4% is more in your face but layering fa lemon Sicily @.5% with a cream like fa meringue @2%is really good

if you're a fan of dinner lady lemon tart this should definitely be on your wishlist. This lemon is spot on in my opinion. 3% for a mellow lemon cookie or 4% if you want a more in your face flavor.
