    Tasty

Works well as a one shot at 5-6%. Nice lemon tartness with a buttery bakery base. Will be ordering more when this runs out!

Very decent lemon flavor but kinda light on the Graham cracker note needs a little help and a little cream.

    Great Lemon Tart

Great lemon tart has a light zest flavor to it. Crust is really good also.

    Lemon Merengue Tart

Posted by Edward Hanley on 12th Jan 2020

A tart back in the good old days was a small pastry filled with whatever you like. That is the accent of the review-this flavor has the mosy 'wundubar' pastry notes, really, like you could eat it up.

    Missing link

If you are trying to create anything like a lemon cookie, meringue pie or tart, etc... This is what you need! I have been chasing a lemon profile for a long time and decided to try this and Bam! nailed it. I love most of VTs flavors and don't go much over 2% because they are strong, but I used this one at 6% and it worked. I haven't tried it as a single flavor, so I won't try to describe it. However, as a mixer, it's perfect. I took a chance on and bought the 60ml bottle and now wish I had bought the 120.

    Really nice and tart

I have been very pleased with this concentrate. At first I didn't realize that it was categorized as a one shot until I went to the VT website. I paired this with FW lemon meringue pie and it came out beautiful. I mixed 3% FW lemon meringue pie with 2% VT lemon meringue tart. I get a really nice sweet and tart lemon meringue pie.

Now what do I do with all the other LMP's that I have?!

Posted by Jayme on 21st Feb 2019

I knew this was something speacial the moment I smelled it. Mixed it at 6, 10 & 12% (VT site says 6-12 stand alone as this is a "one shot" concentrate) 6 was too weak and 12 I got funky taste but 10% is perfect. I honestly like it better right off the shake, is more vibrant but it thickens up after a week or so. Compared to other LMP's, this one is more rich and creamy whereas FW is more sharp and lemony and CAP is more buttery with crust. This doesnt have much crust note, you could add that if you like your tart that way, I dont so this is perfect as is. There is a note that I cant put my finger on, its very soft and velvety, not very lemony. I blew though the entire 10 ml bottle I first bought in 2 wks and then ordered another 60 mls. This ones certainly unique and worth a try. Only negative I can think of is that its so perfect on its own, Ive had a hard time building on it! This is easily my current favorite concentrate.

I really like this flavor. I mixed @ 5%. It's good solo but it won't hurt to adjunct this flavor.

An amazing concentrit (as Wayne would say.) Add a little murangay and your good to go.
