Bought this as an additive.
Added to other fruit flavors it forces them pop and stand out. I use it with berries and melons. At .5 to 1% is just enough to make those flavors sing to your taste buds.

Nice lemon flavor
Not strong percentage-wise, but a nice lemon. There are different lemons for different applications, remember this.

I like this flavor, but use it more of a complementary flavor. I have used this to make a whiskey sour as well as lemon cream, both of which were decent @ around 4+% I use this @ 1-2% more often for a sour accent,

This has a true lemon flavor, one of the truest lemons I have found thus far. Mixes great with other flavors, really glad I tried this one. Bull City is great , my favorite place to shop.
