Not what you think
this is NOT soy sauce! Many people are confused by the name... but kinako soy is what is pictured... a powdery nutty item that is many times on the outside of Mochi and other Asian deserts. I prefer this at 0.50% and what I get is a powdery nutty flavor that is very unique due to the powdery mouthfeel. I'm still experimenting as far as mixtures using this but by itself it's very nice
