Nice Lime flavor
This is a awesome lime flavor alone and mixed. I use this with Capella's Lemon and Lime and Ethyl Maltol for a sweet full lime concoction.

That's lime
Its a robust, full, slightly tart lime flavor I find 4% or less to be the sweet zone for this one.

The perfect lime (IMO)
I was unsure about making a Key Lime Pie juice, but it's turned out to be a favorite. It's not overpowering tart or strong peel, just a real Lime flavor.
