Finally Plum
Mixed it at 2.5% - Finally a plum that taste like a plum. It taste like a ripe dark plum. I don’t find any weird grape notes. I don’t find perfume notes. It’s got decent body. I find that it’s got an interesting sweet and tart note that could be useful in candy mixes. I have no qualms with this flavor and I’m definitely picking up a bigger bottle on my next order.

This, so far, is the only flavoring I've tried that actually tastes like plum. I Don't know what a Jacote Plum is, but this to me tastes like the average dark plum you've find at the store. It's excellent.
