One of my favorite ingredients. Creamy and sweet. It is also my most used ingredient thanks to Alisa's Bust A Nut recipe, which is my favorite recipe. At low percents. It is great accent flavor. At higher percentages, it brings a sweet nuttiness without any bitterness.

FW Hazelnut
One of the best Hazelnuts on the Market. Nice and creamy with a subtle nut an the back end, with a bit of sweetness. It does however need a little help, IMO. I add a bit of inw. peanut to do just that. If you like hazelnut then you should have this in your stash.
