This is an excellent flavor and a hint of cinnamon just like the kind u buy at the store . Depending on what you want and need will determine if u will use this one or the GCC-tfa version.. Pairing them will help layer that flavor in any mix .. Don't go crazy with it either

Slight Cinnamon Graham Cracker
I did not read other users flavor notes before buying, only the reviews here. It has a slight cinnamon twang to it, which I don't actually care for, although it is good. I just don't care for cinnamon much. I will probably stick to Graham Crust as it fills that bakery note I need.

Another must have for bakery lovers
This one is a must have for your mixing arsenal. In small percentages it adds that little something that might be missing. And as a main note it really gives a great flavor. Another one of my favorites.
