Fresh Cream. Not sweet/vanilla/chocolate/fruit BUUUUT FRESH! This cream will pair well with all those flavors you don't want to add sweetness but rather body and mouthfeel of cream to, without drawing added attention to itself or taking too much away from other flavors. Works best with fruits and cereals I find. Great as smoothing agent for fruits at .5 up to 2 in all mixes. Anything above will drown out other flavors. Can taste a bit chalky or cardboardy I've been told if that makes sense, but that's how you'll know you've used too much. (Tasting notes: .5 ^ 2%)

Very good cream. Not to thick or overly sweet. Plays well with others. I recommend using at 1% to 2% to add creamy texture to your fruit recipes. Also works well with desserts and other creams or custards. Very versatile.

There aren't very many recipes I make that couldn't use a pinch of Fresh Cream. Balances things out, adds a little bit of texture to the flavor with a smoothness that's missed when you go without. Good stuff in small, additional doses.
