Rich, buttery, Vanilla and goes REALLY great with custard.
for me vanilla ice cream tested like spoil milke or yogut just a hint.. very light tho food for mixing
I tested this at 4%. This stuff coated my whole mouth and stuck in my coil. It's a very potent and rich vanilla flavor. Start low, this is not your normal and more popular VBIC style flavor.
Definitely getting extremely strong vanilla flavor, with a dried milk powder flavor. It's not sweet at all and slightly bitter. I wonder if they left it unsweetened because most people add sweeteners to their recipes already? Several of their flavors have lacked sweetness so far, so i've got a strong feeling they are doing that so people dont over sweeten the mixes they make. Pretty neat imo. Definitely needs sweetener of some kind, lacks the richness of their toffee ice cream but it is a lot stronger then TFA's vanilla bean ice cream (to me). Would pair well with a sweet fruit or sweetened bakeries.
