This is a really nice and robust vanilla. This is my go to vanilla flavor. IMO, this is a must have.

Oh Man, Heaven in a Bottle
This is the vanilla in CAP Custard V1, only stronger and lacking the eggy type flavor that some people attribut to it. It is a very potent French Vanilla, and some people taste pepper or a peppery flavor when using 'French Vanillas' but after 2-3 days of steep/shelf time that goes away and gives way to a very savory French Vanilla. This is a must for adding to custards or cakes, and pairs beautifully with an array of creams (such as Bavarian or Vienna). One of my favorite vanillas to date. To make a grand custard, try using this at a small percent with the custard base of your choice, and a pinch of Vanillin, and you have a wonderful Vanilla Custard!

many uses
This is my go to flavor for most of my sweet and creamy juices or even by itself it's a nice rich cream flavor at 3-5% I have yet to make a juice I haven't lived with this concentrate.

What can I say. This stuff is so good! use at 7-10% stand alone or lower if you are using other vanillas or cremes.
