Flapper Pie
Flapper Pie is a custard pie topped with meringue. The only thing missing from this is the crust. I don’t get any in this, but that’s an easy fix. The custard and meringue, on the other hand is amazing. I don’t get a real eggy custard. More like their vanilla custard, non eggy almost vanilla cream, which works well with the meringue, making this a creamy meringue perfect for pretty much any dessert, or custard. This is a sweet concentrate, so be aware of that. I get no off putting notes from this. Solo-almost Main 4-5% Background 2% Accent-1-2, I wouldn’t go lower than 1% on this.

Wow! Amazing flavor and I have never had a flapper pie before!
Ok so I have never had Flapper pie period but I heard good things about this flavoring and I decided it was a good enough suggestion to buy 2oz’s and I was right! It’s definitely a delicious rich cake made with a light custard and topped with a beautiful meringue that is not to bitter or tart. I gotta say it’s definitely a good one for anyone’s collection and I don’t regret getting a 60ml and I will definitely get more once mine runs out which won’t be long because this is so good alone at 10% plus a little sweetener makes a tasty treat!

Flapper pie
I like this one. Sft at 6 pct. Works as a 1shot..lacks a bit on the crust..cream and meringue are there. Could be my palate but I taste the smallest hint of chocolate. Could just be the crust part of it.. It's good.. Will buy again..
