Concentrated flavoring from VT Flavours (VT).
The ultimate mixing companion for making ordinary fruits turn to sherbet. Pairs well with citrus fruits such as lime, orange, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit and many more. This flavor will spruce up any boring recipe and give it that zing note of burst and tang.
This is concentrated flavoring and must be diluted before use!

This is a good flavor for upping the lemon flavor and providing fizziness in a lemonade recipe
I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about with the "pixy stix" flavor comments about this flavor. I'm getting lime and orange sherbet. Just needs a few other additions to make a delicious rainbow sherbet flavor. Consider this a base flavor and add to it to reach your desired profile. I will say that that this flavor alone is a little flat and a one dimensional, citrus sherbet flavor. Delicious and much better than expected given the reviews here.
Vta fizzy sherbet is an excellent flavor but not a sherbet we r used to in the states. It taste alot like the pic. Like a citrus pixie stick. Not bad at all. Not thin or watery like with some candy flavors. As far as fizzy or carbonated I do think it does a better job than champagne flavors but still not actually fizzy. Works very well with most fruits especially lemonades or other citrus flavors. Cap lemon lime does amazingly with it and so does la lemonade. Gave it 5 stars but 2nd guessed my rating because of the name. With a name like fizzy lemonade I thunk there will b ppl who will expect actual fizziness or carbonation which I don't think is really possible. Very good tho.
This does not taste like traditional sherbet from the frozen section, it is more like a sweet tart flavor or a pixie stick with a hint of creaminess. It would work well with several fruits and candy recipes. I used it for a boost to lemonade and skittles recipe so far.
I can see why they named this fizzy..It does impart a slight tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue almost like a fizzy carbonation..Sherbert i dont really know. To me it tastes like lemon lime soda. Here in america sherbet is usually a mix of lime, raspberry and orange. Maybe lime/orange is what i'm getting? It's good what ever it is, but definitely a citrus soda. 1% was more then enough for me, i'd say 1% in mix would work well as long as the other flavors werent overwhelming. Maybe 2% with a strong flavor like pineapple. Out of the 8 flavors of VT i've bought they've all been fantastic.
