    So Sweet

This has become my preferred sweetener and I highly recommend to accent any recipe you trying to give the lip licking sweetness. I have tried other types of sweeteners and I like this one the most.

Great for custards to get extra sweetness, thats all ive used it in but I'm sure it would be good to use as a sweetener for anything. Give it a try.

I use this in most recipes at .5%. I like sweet but not overly sweet. Will not change other flavors when used together.

    Awesome If Used Properly

Lots of flavors have EM in them already so not much is needed (it WILL mute your flavors @ higher %). I use .25 -.75 in almost every mix. A must have!
