    Light vs Dark

I like to explain the two bavarian cream version's as so: regular is darker, deeper and caramelized tasting while still being thin from higher water content. Dx is lighter, brighter and sweeter however breadier from a higher cyclotene content. Both are great and can be used in various applications.

Bavarian cream is needed for any diy kit. Used in so many recipes. This is the one I stuck with. Tip: buy at least a 30ml

    Better than the Regular

Honestly, I like this one more than the first version. I have both, strictly for recipe sake, , and the DX is more potent and sweet (to me at least). The flavor seems so similar, and I have yet to notice a real difference between using this one and the Original. Love it. It really is one of those concentrates you just have to have around.
