This is an AMAZING flavor but misnamed.
This is a butter-forward, creamy, marshmallow-like, light-weight custard/pudding. It is a WONDERFUL flavor. Truly one of the most interesting and inspiring flavors I've tried in years. Cookie recipes, deserts, perfect for any cream or marshmallow recipe, cakes, milkshake or ice cream, it can be a main player or backing singer. It's so versatile and delicious, the uses are endless. I'm blending it with OOO powdered sugar to make the greatest icing/frosting flavor ever. but it shines in any cookie recipe. If you like "buttery" but want something easy to work with and won't overwhelm, this is your jam.
