Creamy Balloons?
Ever chewed on a balloon before? That probably tastes better. I don't know, I have a lot of yogurts in my arsenal and gave this a try in my recipes a few times with no game changers or something to make me go wow too. On the tongue it tastes like wet balloons, in mixes at 5% it makes things taste like they already do but with wet balloons. Would maybe explain some people saying it adds a slimy wet mouth feel. Certainly not a pleasurable one. You may like it though, start small. But this definitely rates lowest in the yogurts for me. Nothing about it is even artificial yogurt tasting which some like or are used too so there's that. Sorry Capella, not your best.

Not too bad.
Made a pineapple yogurt with this, it turned out delicious, creamy and juicy, with a little aftertaste, but it is wonderful overall.

I've made 3 recipes with Cap creamy yogurt and I can't figure it out. My recommendation is start at 3-5% and make sure you don't touch it while it steeps. Slow steep no heat Minimal 5 days
