Great Cream Cheese Taste
Very strong in small amounts. I found that 5% Yellow Cake and 1.25% Cream Cheese Icing makes a delicious Cupcake with Cream Cheese icing taste. I wouldn't use much more than 1.25%

Icing on the cake
This is what you want for your icing on cakes, cupcakes, and twinkie recipes. Gives that rich, sweet, creamy icing flavor. Great for red velvet cake, birthday cakes and such. Any time I need an icing, this is my go to.

Surprised and pleased
Was expecting sweet with a lot of that tart yogurt twang but this is just very sweet and creamy with almost a velvet mouth feel. Something that I may try to use as a sweetener in some of my mixes. One I will certainly buy again.
