Sweet
I use this flavor a lot, as I am a candy junkie! This flavor can add a general sweet taste to the entire mix at 2%. At 5% it turns it into a candy mix that can make main flavors a little less noticeable. Adjust main %'s if needed. If using this as a sweetener it is very different from "Super Sweet" in that this one makes entire recipie sweet. Super Sweet adds a sugar sweet note at the end(sugar lips).

Use it instead of other sweeteners if you feel they are toon sweet and you just want to add a touch.

Good for a sweetner
From what I have heard this is strait E.M. But I think it has a slightly different taste, I use this at low % to sweeten a mix. like the E.M. though it would mute mixes at higher %
