This is some delicious stuff, yeah its probably mostly EM, but theres something else to it. Love it, dang near add it to everything even bakeries, n custards. 0.5-1% when adding to recipies and 3% when making a cotton candy recipe.

Tastes like nothing...8%-20% sweetish but not good.

Havent found a flavor here just a decent sweetener for people who dont use the gunk sugar. Not blown away but works 1-2 drops per 10 ml. Be careful it will kill your flavors with too much. A little goes a long way
