Cookie Dough
This turns sugar cookie Capella in a a soft, almost underbaked fresh out of the oven cookie. Mid level sweet, nothing off putting, smooth. There is no undertones of chocolate but it’s a darker cookie, maybe brown sugar or caramel. This will go well with just about any bakery, or dessert. It definitely needs help in the body department, it’s not (in my opinion) a stand alone, but add another cookie or maybe cake or custard, you won’t be disappointed. In a mix 1.5-2% accent.50-1%
