This is a nice add on flavor to your mixes. I didn't notice any sour milk after taste, no burnt flavor. It blends well with custards and other creams. I especially like adding it to fruit and berry mixes. This is a good one to have around.

Definitely not a stand alone flavor, but very milky and a great additive to cereal flavors and creamy flavors!

I wouldn't recommend using this standalone, but useful in, well, anything you want to make creamy. Works very well with fruits and custards.
