Super Cake!
This is a great flavor. Lots of cakey goodness at higher percentages, more shortbread-like when mixed at lower percentages. The lemon in this is a brighter lemon than the Lemon Sicily notes in FA's Custard, Pandoro, Croissant, etc. Stand-alone it tastes like lemon shortbread or lemon poundcake. It is possible to "get around" the lemon though. In complex bakery mixes, the lemon note disappears and the cake adds an awesome soft, rich bakery note in the body of the mix. Highly recommended.

around 3% this is awesome,, i dont get the cake so much,,but i swear it tastes like those lemon short bread cookies. it is a stronger flavor than most,, and i wish more flavors were at least this strong as it would make mixing easier

very strong
i really like the lemon smell and taste. i used 1.5% in a complex blend and at 2 weeks it overpowers the mix. 3% as a standalone is also too much for me.

Strong cake with a tinge of lemon
Still working with this flavor, but Inawera does not disappoint. Agreed with previous review saying it resembles the Meringue, Yellow Cake, Hazelnut combo in one flavoring. Nice! (0.5-2.5%)
