Best Yellow Cake ever! Makes one heck of an awesome corn bread recipe as well. This is light years ahead of FW in terms of flavor and usability. Great addition to the Cappella line. This is an instant fave for me!

This flavor is SOOOO much better than FW Yellow Cake. Its full bodied and pretty much nail the profile perfectly. It tastes like amazing Yellow Cake even right away. I used it @ 3%. This is better than Jungle Flavors Yellow Cake, that one is way to sweet. I did try another mix of Capella Yellow Cake @ 3% with 1.5% Jungle Flavors YC mixed for my vanilla frosted cake recipe I'm working on and both flavors work great together!,Jungle Flavors is a no go for a standalone Yellow Cake.

This is perfect fluffy yellow cake. Not sickly sweet and no weird aftertaste. Capella really stepped up with this flavor!! 10% works great for me with a touch of sweetener! Just bought my 2nd bottle. No other brand(FW or JF) even comes close!!
