    must have

This has awesome flavor, and a remarkable mouthfeel. I purchased this to make strawnana, my first diy. Not only did the strawnana turn out awesome; I can see so much potential to use this in future mixes... I already purchased a 2nd bottle with some butter pecan to pair with it. Yes I taste and smell egg, it's custard!

if you like custard. this is it. Best custard I have ever had. it does however require AT LEAST 2 weeks steep at a minimum, but is well worth the wait.

One of the best vanilla custard flavors. Use this for great flavor base or nice creamy cheesecake.

    Must have

This one is another must have for all mixers. Adds more of that buttery rich flavor and works wit a lot of different profiles.

This is a must have in every DIY arsenal. It works in everything from cookies, cakes, cereal and custard. I do not find this eggy.

Great but heavy on the egg

It's a great overall flavor, personally, it leaves too much of an eggy taste in my mouth. Maybe I am using it wrong? Will take some time but it's great to give some fullness.

    Another must have.

I have tried both versions of this and find myself going back to V1 for that rich buttery taste that you really dont get from V2, even though their both great, must have flavors and interchangeable in recipes. Some say this takes a bit longer to steep out, I think they both benifit from a steep for that blending richness to come through. If I need custard this is the one I grab first. Many recipes would be incomplete with out this, or at least V2.
