Vanilla Custard Flavor-Cap

If you have never tried this flavor, and you're not looking for a DAAP free experience, add this to your cart now! This is definitely one of the absolute best flavorings out there. For one, it can create an amazing Vanilla Custard recipe that is unmatched by any other Vanilla Custard concentrate out there in my personal opinion. There is a ton of other uses for this ingredient though, such as applying a small, or large, amount of vanilla to a recipe, thickening a recipe's mouthfeel, and pairing with dairy based creams to enrich the milk flavor. There is a wide variety of uses for this flavor, and I use it in a ton of my recipes. Use caution when using as an accent or secondary ingredient however, because there is a heavy eggy presence that won't pair well with everything. If egginess is something that would negatively affect your recipe, then use only at small amounts and considering pairing with FA Marshmallow to round out the custardy flavor profile. I definitely, definitely recommend getting this one.

This flavor is a great base for all sweet recipes. I bought it as part of the Mama J's Game Over Custard recipe, which I'm so glad was finally released to the public.

if I'm out of vanilla custard CAP i pretty much cant mix, not really but it feels that way. this flavor must stay in my stash. that being said, i feel the same way about TPA's version. they each have a place in different recipes. my favorite way to use them is actually mixing CAPS and TPA's together to get the absolute best tasting vanilla custard. ive got to throw a good review in for bull city. i placed my order on 09/07 at 11am the next day 09/08 at 4pm my order was in my mailbox. we are in the same state and at the time are currently waiting hurricane Irma's arrival. I'm positive that is why bull city put a rush on my order. they knew if i didn't get it before the hurricane hit, it would be many days late. but that's not all! last year this company did the same thing when i placed an order while we were waiting for a tropical storm to hit. got to love a company that looks after their customers.

This is full of flavour beyond what I imagined!! It gives all my mixes the extra kick it needs to taste amazing!! I will definitely be buying this one again. This one is a NEED to try and buy!!

I messed up buying the 10ml and the 30ml. I should have bought in bulk. Very authentic American style Custard. Creamy, thick, eggy, sweet, and vanilla, are all characteristics that can be used to describe Cap's VC. Allow a minimum of a week to steep, the longer the better. You won't regret buying this one.
