Favorite Raspberry
I have all of the Raspberry's and this is my go to for my cheesecakes and custards. It's not as harsh as some of the other manufacturers.

A solid raspberry flavor
This is just a very well done raspberry flavor, imo. Not tart at all, just like a "sweet" (not literally sweet but more like ripe I'd say) raspberry. Maybe like 75% real fruit 25% candy flavor. Mixes very well with custards, cheesecake, bakery recipes, etc. I use around 6-7%, seems a little stronger than fruits such as strawberry, etc so I would start around 5%. Also at a lower %, say 1-2%, works great with strawberry to give a little extra berry boost. NOT a fruit lover but this particular raspberry is one that I do really enjoy.
