My go-to cream!
This is one of those creams that I use constantly. I'm more of a cream person as apposed to custard. This stuff is great!

Sweet Cream done right
My opinion is Capella hit a home run with their Sweet Cream. I've used TFA mostly, sometimes mixed with a little FW but Capella's seems to give me what each of those was lacking. It isn't really sweet (maybe minutely) but has that nice and rich dairy cream note, like heavy cream (sweet cream is same as heavy cream or heavy whipping cream in real food terms) and is much more like the real thing than other vendor's imo. If you've been using sweet cream I highly recommend giving this one a try.
