Strawberry candy
I don't have a point of reference, since this is the only strawberry I've ever tried, but I find it to be very strong. I tried multiple recipes where this flavor was used at >5%, and to me, it just tastes like strawberry candy. I have to use it at ~.5% so that it doesn't overwhelm the recipe.

This is a little sooner picked then Ripe strawberry. Not as sweet and I use it as a background note sometimes with other strawberries. It is realistic and not candy like.
