Very strong and overpowering when mixing, but very good strawberry flavor, just dont mix too heavy, i would start at half of what a recipe calls for and then adjust to taste, if not everything you own will smell kike strawberry lol

I bought a ton of this my first order and I don't regret it. For mixing a true strawberry flavor you'll want to use it alongside others like TFA Strawberry to bring out the additional notes, but it can stand on it's own if it's all you've got. Works best to add strawberry notes to things like dessert recipes. It's definitely a staple of my borrowed recipes and homemade recipes too!
