Earthy.
No offence to bull city at all. I am having difficulty making any progress using this flavor. By itself it is very earthy and grainy. Tried mixing with many cream bases I use to no avail. I will continue to find a nice mix being my bm makes a pistachio ice cream that I absolutely love. Taste is subjective and im sure someone will make a great recipe out of it if not done already.

The best pistachio for me
Title says it all and compared to Flavourart Pistachio this one just works better in my pistachio ice cream and other mixes. It's nowhere nearly as strong and overpowering in it's "nuttiness". While the FA is probably more realistic, this one just seems to mix better in desserts, etc. Maybe someday I can get the FA to work but for now I am using the TFA.
