for all my cereal recipes .. adds the sweetness to the milk for the milky part of cereal..adds a nice fluffy sweetness to desserts, and is a nice light flavor on it's own..add a lil vanilla or van butternut, or van bean ic..lol..possibilities are endless..

I was very impressed with this flavor, I substituted it for dairy/milk in my ceral ADV, and I was very impressed. Trying to find more uses for it. I used it at 3 and its not overpowering but present for sure. Thanks again for the quick shipping and great service BCV

If i could only have a few flavors, this would be one of them.
This is one of my top flavors that I feel I want to add to everything. A sweet fluffy creamy base, not a custard, but it can really bring out a custard or is great as a base alone.

My go to sweetener
Meringue is a sweet, not offensive in any way flavor. I use this for flavors that need that little bit of extra sweetness added. I also make a delicious Lemon sicily with meringue thats to die for! Definitely a great product.

Has become a staple for me...
If you can imagine fresh whipped meringue, this is as close to that as a flavoring could possibly be. This is a dense and full bodied, slightly sweet, a little vanilla-ish, kinda frothy egg white-ish flavor. Excellent addition to cream type flavors or anywhere more body and depth with a light sweetness is needed. For me this has been one of those flavors that, if it seems like it would go well in a mix, it probably will. It tastes like it smells, like yummy and dense meringue. This is very, very versatile and one you could get very creative with. Stay at low percentages though, I haven't needed more than 2%. This and fa fresh cream have become two of my most used flavors. Highly recommend.
