If you like marzipan you'll love this. To me it's spot on to the real thing. Surprised by the 4-stars, marzipan is a somewhat obscure flavor but it was what I was looking for and this exceeded all expectations. It's hard to find a good marzipan in real life - I can believe how accurate this is to the real thing. FlavourArt hasn't disappointed me yet.

Just think of German chocolate candy and add a little hazelnut to it and it will be nice flavor. A little goes a long way and should enhance most recipes and I would definitely recommend this flavor

    Very unique and versatile

Thought we'd give this a try as we have had such good success with fa's dessert/creamy type flavors and this was no exception. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that we were hoping for a bit of an almond note in it which isn't there (or not that we taste). Regardless, it is a pretty accurate marzipan flavor...sharp, lightly sweet and creamy. Hubby describes it as a full flavored old timey candy type taste (vague, I know lol) and he sometimes get an ever so slightly hint of licorice. I DETEST licorice and never get that note at all. Goes really well with cheesecakes, creams, vanillas and some bakery mixes. Very versatile and definitely worth a try.
