Nice Lemon taste
Another FA Flavor that has found its way into many mixes. very good lemon flavor, I like to use this with FA cookie and Vienna cream,Fresh cream,and Meringues for some Great bakery treats. Plays well with others. Most recipeis call for 3-4% for a nice lemon taste without overpowering.

The best lemon
This is the only lemon I use so far..not opposed to trying others..I am just satisfied with this...works well as the lemon in cereal recipes..as well as cookies, cakes, and cheesecake...very good lemon flavor.

Very Versatile Flavor!
Mixes Great with FA Meringue, and just about any other fruit flavors! I also use just 2 drops per 10 ml to make my fruit flavors just *pop*!

Think non-acidic lemoncella
I've only used this in a mix at %2-4. I don't get any acidic lemon bite or candy from this. Just a nice smooth lemon.
