The one, the only, Custard Premium.
Been ordering this from Chefs for some time now. Very nice to see this come state side. Very rich, buttery, thick home made egg custard with a vanilla note. Best custard available IMHO.

Took an ok recipe and…
This custard took an ok recipe and turned it into a fabulous recipe. 3% VC TPA & 2% Custard premium is perfect. I used 2% Inawera custard for the original recipe and 3% VC TPA. I love this custard. My first order came from FA UK, but so excited it’s here at BCF. I just purchased another 60mls. I’ll be using this a lot, custards are my favorite. Thanks for coming through with this concentrate! BCF rocks!!
