Can't live without
Not to sweet and is great at lower percentages(around 1%) to help bring out baked flavors. Obviously wonderful in any cookie recipes as well. I love this stuff.

I am really enjoying this at 2% in my Snickerdoodle. I get a great baked cookie flavor from this. I have not tried any other cookie flavor.
