Capella has this one nailed. I use this as a stand alone and also as an add in several desert recipes. I really like this one. Use it at low persentages as an add, 1-3%. it can take over other bakery flavors. Use it as the primary flavor and add a little butter cream and carmel, maybe apple, pineapple or berry and you've got a delicious mix. i love this one.
