Strong but nice
Like I said in the title start this below 1% and go up. If you do use this make sure you steep it because you need this bad mutha to mellow. And as always Bull City is the best

Get the BIG bottle while you can!
i made a mistake by NOT getting the big bottle while I could. Get it while you can it's hard to get some of the Capella flavors sometimes. You won't regret it can use at a the main ingredient or just wanting to add a little bakery note you choose. BCV best customer service and fast delevery

This Cake Batter goes well with everything and by itself. My customers keep thinking of new ways to enjoy it, and it seems to be my most popular flavor additive. But like Elbert said, don't buy this stuff...more for us!

Straight up cake!
If you're looking for that real and true cake flavor, this is it. Nice and smooth and very potent. Goes nice with every vanilla I have and it's tasty even on its own.

Bought this after reading a few recipes on ELR that used it. Initial test was impressive and reminded me of licking the spoon when mixing up that cake batter in Momma's kitchen. When I created a new nutty, creamy recipe with it....... WOW. It brings a great richness to my mixes. Love this one.
