Great Additive for Cake Recipes
Cake Batter is a seriously underrated flavor. It is not practical as a main flavor base, but is such a good additive to a Vanilla Cupcake/Yellow Cake/Zeppola cake base. It imparts a moist, battery taste to recipes and really makes cake recipes blossom. I tend to stay under 2% as this is pretty much a cake booster. It really is a great concentrate. Some people notice a chemical/plastic taste, but it is the same with Custard v1 as well as French Vanilla and subsides with steeping. Love this concentrate.

Great concentrate
This is a great concentrate to add a creamy cakey note to your mixes. At 2% it adds just enough creamy body to round out your recipe.

Can not get it to mix with anything
This flavor I have used in many recipes and I can not get it to work. Even in very small percentages it kills whatever it is mixed with. Great Job BCF on all you do!!!!

strong cake flavor
I found the first time I used it I probably went overboard a little, but it was yummy with some control on my part
