This, imho, is straight up banana laffy taffy...and it is terrific if you like the candy. Been buying this for about 3 years now just to make that one recipe for hubby. I have tried to use this as a more real fruit banana in bakery/dessert mixes but it is just to straight up candy banana for that. It is slightly creamy, not really sharp at all and i don't detect any alcohol or harshness to it. So if you're looking for a good banana candy flavor, this is it.
