I made a 10:1 dilution of this and use 2% in my final mixes. other wise you could use 0.2% for the same effect

A little does it, An almost must have in any RY4 blend and works great in deserts and some ceral blends as well. I usually stay in the in the 1 to 2% range.

A Staple in my DIY Arsenal
One additive that I am NEVER without. From tobacco blends (it loves RY4's and is graham cracker's best friend) to most all of my bakery mixes, it is a must. A must for bready, crusty, graham crackery, cookie, bakery mixes to make those notes pop. Don't let the corn chip thing scare you away from trying this, that has been exaggerated imo. Even at 3-5% in certain recipes I've yet to get corn chips. If you're new to this, start with low %s until you learn it's personality, but you should definitely give it a try.
